Attack on Odessa: Nighttime Incidents

During the night of June 20, Odessa was once again targeted by hostile forces. 
According to the State Emergency Service, over 10 strikes by combat drones were recorded in the city.

The mayor of Odessa, Gennady Trukhanov, reported significant damage in the city center, including high-rise buildings, cars, and educational institutions. 

As a result of the drone strike, a massive fire broke out, completely destroying a four-story residential building. Rescuers saved 3 individuals, and 6 more were evacuated.
During the firefighting and rescue operations, collapsing structures injured 3 firefighters, who are currently in stable condition in the hospital.

On the coastline, a fire erupted due to the falling drone, damaging recreational facilities. 

In another part of the city, a gas pipeline was damaged.

All emergency services are working at the scene. 

Preliminary reports indicate that a total of 14 people were injured last night, including 3 rescuers.

According to Ukrzaliznytsia, the drone attack damaged the infrastructure of the Odessa railway station.
The contact network and track bed were affected.
Fortunately, there were no injuries. Ukrzaliznytsia specialists are already working on mitigating the consequences. 
Train operations are proceeding as scheduled.
