Ukrainian Special Forces Achieve Success in Crimea

Two Mi-8 helicopters and an enemy tugboat - the GUR fighters continue to strike military facilities of the occupiers in Crimea.

This was reported by GUR.

The systematic combat efforts of the GUR special unit “Ghosts” in the temporarily occupied territory of Crimea have yielded new results: drones successfully targeted the airbase of Russian invaders in Hvardiiske, near Simferopol, destroying two Mi-8 helicopters. The estimated cost of the downed helicopters ranges from 20 to 30 million dollars. A Russian military tug, presumably the BUK-2190, also faced damage in the Sevastopol bay - during an airstrike, Ukrainian scouts directed a warhead at the vessel. This raid tug is part of the so-called “PDSD” (underwater sabotage forces and means). It consists of highly trained diver-scouts, undergoing extensive training with the best equipment available. The damage to the tugboat significantly limits the combat capabilities of the elite Russian unit.
