Due to the power outage affecting water supply facilities, consumers in the Kyiv and parts of the Khadyzhibey districts of Odesa, as well as the villages of Lymanka, Chervonyi Khutir, Rainbow microdistrict, Sauvignon 1-5, Chornomorka, and Taivor housing cooperative, are left without water.

Water transportation has been organized for residents of the Kyiv and Khadyzhibey districts due to the lack of water supply.
