The enemy struck civilian infrastructure in the Odesa region, tragically resulting in one death. Social facilities were damaged.
On the night of September 23, Russian forces deliberately targeted civilian infrastructure in the town of Tatarbunar in the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi district with ballistic missiles. Unfortunately, a woman lost her life, and there are reports of injuries.
Fires were recorded in the central part of the town, with destruction to the hotel, Ukrposhta, Ukrtelecom, the Cultural Center, and the Administrative Services Center. Retail kiosks and passenger vehicles also suffered damage.
All relevant services are working to eliminate the aftermath of the enemy attack. Law enforcement officials are documenting yet another crime by the Russian forces against the peaceful population of Odesa.
