Supporting Mental Health of Students in Odessa

In November, various activities were conducted in Odessa aimed at supporting the mental health of students under the national program 'You How?'.

Students participated in communication hours featuring training elements such as 'Maintaining Mental Health. The World of Emotions – Our Resource' and 'Mental Health – The Key to a Happy Life'. Additionally, class hours were held focusing on 'You How?', 'Emotions and Their Impact', and 'Rules of Friendship'. Engaging activities like 'World of Emotions' and 'First Aid Kit' were also organized, along with roundtable discussions and interactive exercises to promote mental health.

Students who moved from temporarily occupied territories engaged in discussions and activities aimed at enhancing their emotional well-being.

Parents and educators participated in 'Safe Space' training sessions, discussing the emotional states of children at the beginning of the academic year. Individual consultations on mental health support were also provided.

Educational institutions published useful materials, including recommendations and QR codes for accessing further information on their websites.
