As of October 9, 2024, Odesa has introduced a municipal service called «Social Taxi». Currently, there have been around 40 requests from individuals with disabilities.

To book a vehicle, simply call the short number 15-01 three days before your trip. Calls are free from all mobile networks!

Additionally, you can fill out an online form on Odesa's official website to request a taxi, making access to this service even easier. The «Social Taxi» initiative is supported by the NGO «Barrier-Free».

Free transport is available to the following categories of individuals with disabilities:

• persons with disabilities of groups I and II (with mobility impairments);
• children with disabilities (with mobility impairments);
• persons with visual impairments of groups I and II.

«Social Taxi» is provided for trips within the city from the place of residence to the following locations:

• local government offices;
• state executive authorities;
• courts;
• healthcare facilities (medical, rehabilitation, or wellness centers);
• banks;
• social, cultural, and educational institutions;
• prosthetic and orthopedic enterprises;
• bus and train stations;
• utilities providing services to residents.

*** As of October 1, 2024, there are 63 thousand individuals with disabilities living in Odesa, including over 4.5 thousand with mobility impairments, 5,229 children with disabilities, and nearly 1,000 persons with visual impairments.
