Final Tournament of the Southern Judo League in Odesa
The final tournament of the Southern Judo League took place in Odesa, highlighting the best athletes of the season.
The Municipal Enterprise «City Roads» manages 884 public transport stops, including 605 with pavilions and 279 without. The specialists of the enterprise carry out cleaning of adjacent territories, repair bins, benches, and waiting pavilions, as well as washing and painting them.
Unfortunately, vandalism remains a pressing issue. Since the beginning of the year, 9 cases of vandalism have been reported.
Daily, unknown individuals leave graffiti, break benches, uproot bins along with concrete, and shatter glass walls of the stops. Additionally, public transport stops are occasionally damaged due to traffic accidents.
The Odessa City Council once again calls on residents and visitors to treat municipal property with care. Intentional destruction and damage of city property carry criminal responsibility.

Article 194. Intentional destruction or damage to property
1. Intentional destruction or damage of someone else's property causing significant harm is punishable by a fine of up to fifty (850 UAH) non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens, or community service for a term of 120 to 240 hours, or correctional labor for up to two years, or restriction of freedom for up to three years, or imprisonment for the same term.
Article 296. Hooliganism
1. Hooliganism, meaning gross violation of public order motivated by evident disrespect for society, accompanied by particular audacity or exceptional cynicism, is punishable by a fine from five hundred (8500 UAH) to one thousand (17000 UAH) non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens, or arrest for up to six months, or restriction of freedom for up to five years.
2. The same actions committed by a group of persons are punishable by restriction of freedom for up to five years or imprisonment for up to four years.
