Logistics Forum 2025: New Horizons for Ukraine

The "Logistics Forum 2025: New Challenges and Opportunities" took place in Odessa. Discussions focused on security and digital innovations in the sector.

Deputy Head of the Regional Administration, Sergey Kropiva, emphasized the importance of collaboration between government and business:

• The development strategy for the Odessa region until 2027, positioning it as a transport hub;

• Strengthening security measures in ports and for workers;

• Cooperation with international partners for investment in transport infrastructure.

Forum participants discussed issues hindering development, including:

• Optimization of customs procedures to reduce bureaucracy;

• Implementation of a KPI system to monitor customs performance;

• Simplification of customs control;

• Ensuring the security of strategically important companies;

• Support for maritime industry workers.

The regional administration is always ready for collaboration with the business community to achieve success in the region's recovery.

The "Logistics Forum 2025" is organized by the Association of International Freight Forwarders of Ukraine, uniting key players in logistics.

Participants included executives from container lines, ports, customs, and over 100 industry experts. They discussed the challenges and trends of 2025, as well as port development amid conflict.
