Starting from March 4, all MVS service centers will implement a new electronic registration system aimed at fully automating management and preventing unauthorized interference.

Appointments for services at 47 major MVS service centers connected to the new E-registration from March 4 will open three weeks in advance, starting from March 25. The system will generate new appointments daily. For instance, on March 5, appointments will be available for March 26, on March 6 for March 27, and so on.

Pre-registration is available for the following services:

• theoretical examination;
• practical examination;
• vehicle registration;
• exchange of driving licenses.

Note: the number of online registrations is limited. An individual may make up to 4 registrations through E-registration within a month. For legal entities, the limit is 4 appointments per day.

If necessary, online appointments can be canceled in the E-registration system no later than 2 hours before the scheduled service time.

It is important to note: if a citizen fails to appear for the service at the MVS service center 4 times within the current month and does not cancel their registrations online, access to the E-registration system will be blocked.
