In a show of support for Ukrzaliznytsia, which recently faced a significant cyberattack, Ukrposhta has launched a new stamp under the project «Custom Stamp».

This was reported by Ukrposhta, as conveyed by a correspondent from the Ukrainian Information Service.

The new postage stamp features the iconic glass in a glass holder, illustrated by artist Oleksandr Nikityuk — an everlasting symbol of railway journeys. Warm as a summer evening in a compartment and sturdy as railway tracks, this stamp serves as a reminder that true traditions can withstand any attack.

While every passenger of Ukrzaliznytsia can enjoy the signature glass of tea during their journey, the number of stamps is limited.

One hundred exclusive sheets depicting the legendary symbol will be randomly distributed among passengers who express their support for the railway workers via feedback in the app from the moment it was restored until the return of tickets lost due to the attack.

Each stamp comes with a special bonus — 1440 iron hugs, corresponding to the longest railway route, Zaporizhzhia-Uzhhorod.

Remember, «hugs» are bonuses that passengers earn for their trips when purchasing tickets through the Ukrzaliznytsia app. Thus, more kilometers mean more hugs, which can be exchanged for various discounts and bonuses from Ukrzaliznytsia and its partners within the «Iron Friends» loyalty program, which will be relaunched soon.
