Negotiations are currently taking place in Turkey regarding security matters in the Black Sea. These discussions involve military officials and leaders from the "Coalition of the Willing" – the United Kingdom and France.

Details: According to Zelensky, a military meeting is occurring in Turkey concerning Black Sea security, primarily related to the "Coalition of the Willing".
"Today, this has been discussed over these two days at the platform of our Turkish colleagues. They invited us. Representatives from Europe, as at the summit in Paris – the UK, France, and of course Ukraine, along with the host nation Turkey, will be present," he added.
The Turkish Ministry of Defense previously announced that a meeting would be held on April 15-16 to discuss Black Sea security following a potential ceasefire between Ukraine and Russia.
Although prior Turkish media reports indicated the presence of Russian representatives at the meeting, Ankara denied this.
It is worth noting that following the negotiations in Saudi Arabia from March 23-25, the USA, Russia, and Ukraine agreed to discuss maritime safety in the Black Sea.
However, Russia subsequently released a list of demands, including the easing of several sanctions on the agricultural sector. The USA stated they would review these demands, while Europe rejected the idea of easing sanctions.
