The municipal enterprise «Ecological Safety Center» has introduced a new service for pet registration in Odessa. This system is synchronized with the international database Animal-ID, as reported by the Odessa City Council.

With this innovation, pet owners can create a personal online account that stores information about their pets and themselves. This allows for profile updates, information accuracy, and makes it easier to find lost pets.

The service uses QR code tags that enable quick identification of pet owners. Additionally, the system takes into account the physical characteristics of pets, which are added to the online profile and automatically displayed on the adoption platform.
