New Emergency Vehicles for Odesa from USAID

Odesa has acquired additional emergency vehicles through the USAID project.

«This unexpected yet very welcome support from the USAID Energy Security Project is greatly appreciated. Although the program has officially ended, Odesa has received three new emergency vehicles for municipal services. I thank our partners for their commitment even after the project's completion», said Odesa's mayor, Hennadiy Trukhanov, expressing gratitude to the American people.

The vehicles are equipped with everything necessary for emergency response teams, from quick repair tools to equipment that facilitates the work of municipal workers.

In 2023, the municipal enterprise «City Heat Supply of Odesa» had already received three emergency vehicles from USAID as part of the Energy Security Project. The mayor interacted with municipal workers who showcased both the new and previously provided vehicles. These specialized vehicles have already proven their efficiency in the most challenging situations, ensuring prompt responses and quality repair work.
