These headquarters are located in the Primorsky and Khadzhybei districts.

District administration staff are accepting applications for material assistance under the «Unbreakable Odessa» program and providing consultations on the necessary documentation for the eRecovery program.

Residents of damaged buildings can seek help and advice at the emergency headquarters or call the Primorsky district administration hotline at 066-73-69-501, and the Khadzhybei district administration at (048) 752-96-16, (048) 752-96-17.
