As of November 23, 2024, vehicle traffic is restricted on Vitaliy Blazhko Lane (previously Marinezka) due to the construction of a drainage system. The purpose of this work is to stabilize landslide processes by installing drainage to intercept groundwater, particularly during heavy rainfall, preventing further flooding and subsidence of the slope.

Due to the continuation of drainage system construction, traffic restrictions on Vitaliy Blazhko Lane (previously Marinezka) have been extended until August 2, 2025.

The relevant order has been signed by the mayor.

In light of the construction, temporary changes are being introduced to the public transport routes:

• bus routes No. 168, 240, 250

heading towards the Peresyp Bridges – from Pastora Street to Olhiyivska Street (left turn), Staropodufrankivska Street, Olhiyivskyi Lane, Balkivska Street, Chornomorsky Kozak Street, and further along the routes;

• bus routes No. 105, 121, 145, 146, 242

heading towards the Peresyp Bridges - from Preobrazhenska Street to Futurists Lane (Mayakovskyi Lane), Military Lane, Primorska Street, Chornomorsky Kozak Street, and further along the routes;

• tram route No. 7

from Chornomorsky Kozak Street to 28th Brigade Street (Paustovskyi Street) and in the reverse direction.

Tram route No. 3 “16th st. of Lustdorf Road – Pastora Street” is organized with access to Starosinna Square.
