Experts from the Municipal Enterprise «Odesa Electric Technical Operation and Installation Company» have initiated work on the current repair of the underground passage near the «Zastava» stop.

The staff of the Municipal Enterprise «OETIPC» in Odesa plans to plaster and paint the walls and ceiling in the pedestrian underground passage. 

The enterprise also regularly conducts cleaning operations in underground passages, removing vandalistic inscriptions, cleaning walls of advertising materials, and performing minor repairs on stairs, among others.

Almost daily, municipal workers report acts of vandalism in the passages. Usually, unknown individuals graffiti the walls of the underground passages and the electric lifts for people with disabilities that are installed in the complex near the Odesa railway station.

The Odesa city hall appeals to residents and visitors to treat the municipal property with care. If you witness an act of vandalism, please report it by calling: 102 (police).

Intentional damage and destruction of municipal property entail criminal liability.

The Municipal Enterprise «OETIPC» manages 12 underground pedestrian passages, 8 lifts for people with disabilities, 10 pumping stations, and 14 stormwater pumping stations in the underground passages.
