The staff of the Municipal Enterprise «Service Center» works year-round to keep the drinking fountains, ponds in Victory Park, mobile shelters, city fountains, and monumental art pieces that are not classified as architectural monuments, as well as the surrounding areas, in proper sanitary and operational condition. In winter, when the fountains are «asleep», specialists regularly perform preventive maintenance on fountain equipment. 

Every day, around 165 specialists from the enterprise are active on the streets of Odessa. The municipal workers carry out cleaning of assigned facilities and areas, grass mowing, monument and fountain bowl washing, and necessary repairs of all subordinate objects.

The enterprise currently maintains: 16 drinking complexes; 27 fountains; a hydraulic complex of ponds in the territory of Victory Dendropark; 21 public toilets, including facilities adapted for people with disabilities; 45 monumental art objects that are not part of cultural heritage; 4 landscaping elements at the entrances to Odessa; 149 fire reservoirs; a panoramic lift located on Primorsky Boulevard; 92 civil protection shelters and 6 initial (mobile) shelters.
