The Odesa city council reminds residents and visitors to stay alert to changing weather conditions and to exercise caution. It is advisable to limit travel, especially for the elderly, children, and pregnant women, and to be careful around trees due to the risk of falling branches and wires.
Please do not leave vehicles under trees or power lines.
The danger of being in the beach area is extremely high. Due to the storm in the Black Sea, the mine hazard increases. There is a high probability of sea mines coming loose from their anchors and drifting to shore, as well as uncontrolled detonations, particularly in stormy weather. If you spot a sea mine (or similar objects), do not touch them. Immediately report to 102.
