The Odesa City Council reminds residents and visitors to monitor weather changes closely, remain vigilant, and limit movement through the city during adverse conditions, especially for the elderly, children, and pregnant women. Exercise caution when moving beneath trees—strong gusts of wind and rain may cause branches and cables to fall.

Please do not park vehicles under trees, power lines, or on stormwater inlets.

The danger of being in the beach area is extremely high. Due to the storm in the Black Sea, the mine danger is increasing. There is a high likelihood of naval mines breaking loose from their anchors and being washed ashore, as well as drifting along the coast. The risk of an uncontrolled mine explosion is quite possible, especially in stormy weather. If you encounter a naval mine (or objects resembling it), do not touch them. Immediately report to 102.
