Workers from the municipal enterprise «Miskzelentrest» in Odesa, alongside employees of the Odesa railway, planted 164 rose bushes, 250 euonymus bushes, and 220 chrysanthemum bushes in the 'Rose of Winds' park located by the railway station.

This initiative was spearheaded by the railway workers, who also provided the roses. The landscapers assisted in organizing the planting and enhanced the flowerbed with euonymus and chrysanthemums.
