Cancer Prevention Week in Odesa
From February 2 to 6, 2026, Odesa will host Cancer Prevention Week with free health screenings.
The MISTO app, operating in Odesa, has ranked among the top four out of eleven regional centers where key city services are consolidated into a single application.
This achievement is highlighted in a new study by the «Transparent Cities» program, which in 2025 assesses the readiness of Ukrainian municipalities for integration with the European Union through the lens of electronic service development.
The study illustrated how this approach is being implemented in practice.
Notably, as of December 2025, the official website of the Odesa City Council features a direct link to the city app as part of its official digital communication with residents. This integration ensures a faster, clearer, and more structured access to city services.
Today, Ukrainian cities have established a significant digital foundation. Online platforms, mobile apps, and interactive services have become integral to the urban infrastructure. At the same time, a key factor in further development is not just the quantity of digital solutions but the convenience of access to them for residents.
European practices in digital governance emphasize the importance of not only creating electronic services but also forming simple and logical access to them in one place. The principle of a «single point of entry» allows cities to transition from isolated digital solutions to cohesive service ecosystems focused on residents' needs.
The MISTO platform supports the implementation of this approach, assisting cities in systematically integrating digital services and forming a clear and user-friendly experience tailored to the daily needs of the community.
