Financial Revenues of Ukraine in June 2025

In June of this year, the state budget of Ukraine received 241.2 billion UAH in taxes, fees, and other financial payments (compared to 204.8 billion UAH in May).

This information was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.

The main sources of revenue, controlled by tax and customs authorities, included:

  • 49.7 billion UAH – from dividends of state-owned enterprises;
  • 43.5 billion UAH – value-added tax from imported goods;
  • 30.1 billion UAH – individual income tax and military tax;
  • 24.4 billion UAH – excise tax;
  • 21.7 billion UAH – VAT from goods produced in Ukraine (total 37.0 billion UAH, with 15.3 billion UAH refunded);
  • 5.2 billion UAH – corporate income tax;
  • 4.4 billion UAH – import and export duties;
  • 3 billion UAH – rent payments for the use of natural resources.

Additionally, an important source of income for the general fund was international assistance in the form of grants amounting to 43.9 billion UAH.

Overall, in June 2025, a total of 325.5 billion UAH in taxes, fees, and other payments were received by the general and special funds.

For the first half of 2025, the general fund received 1.3 trillion UAH, and the total of the general and special funds was 1.87 trillion UAH.

Cash expenditures of the state budget during this period amounted to 2.4 trillion UAH, including 1.87 trillion UAH from the general fund.

State borrowings for the half-year totaled 856.2 billion UAH, or 87.0% of the planned amount.
