Introducing Digital State UA — a platform showcasing Ukraine's digital achievements on a global stage and illustrating how local innovations are transforming the country.

Our goal is to change the global perception of Ukraine, highlighting its role as a center for innovation. We aim to demonstrate how digital solutions, developed amid challenges, can strengthen democracy and make governance more transparent and effective.

“We continue to build the most user-friendly digital state in the world for citizens and businesses. Ukraine is not just adopting experiences from other countries in digitization, but also implementing its own technologies that attract global interest. Digital State UA will be a platform demonstrating how digitization is transforming Ukraine,” said Mykhailo Fedorov, Deputy Prime Minister for Innovation.

This platform presents Ukraine's achievements in GovTech, IT, and Tech in both English and Ukrainian. Ukraine has already proven that digital states can be quick and convenient for citizens. With 22 million users, the Diia app has altered perceptions of public services.

“Ukraine ranks among the top 5 leaders in the EGDI index, showing significant progress in digital services. We have transformed communication between the government and citizens by learning from leading digital countries, and we are ready to share our experiences with the world. It’s not just about digital products; it’s about new approaches to governance,” emphasized Valeria Ionan, Deputy Minister for Digital Transformation.

Digital State UA highlights projects from the Ministry of Digital Transformation and represents the Ukrainian GovTech, IT, and Tech markets. We aim to increase investor interest in collaborating with Ukrainian companies.
