The Centralized City Library System for Children in Odesa has introduced an exciting new project called ‘Book in Frame’.

This initiative celebrates the birthday of renowned children’s author Volodymyr Rutkivskyi, a laureate of the all-Ukrainian T.G. Shevchenko Prize.

The film based on his work ‘The Sentinel’ has captured the attention of audiences in Ukraine and Europe. It tells a story that intertwines our Ukrainian history with modern times. Through this project, library patrons will have the chance to view the film and discuss their impressions afterward.
