On April 10, 2025, teachers and students from educational institutions in Odesa participated in an online seminar titled «Rise, Easter Egg!»

This event was part of the nationwide seminar-practice «The Resounding Song of Ukraine» concerning the symbols and semantics of Ukrainian culture.

The seminar aimed to introduce participants to Easter traditions and to teach various skills in decorative and applied arts.

Participants had the opportunity to listen to presentations by folk artisans about traditional Ukrainian art forms, as well as engage in workshops on egg painting, Petrykivka painting, crochet, straw weaving, and embroidery.

At the end of the seminar, participants received certificates.

The event was organized by the Department of Education and Science of the Odesa City Council in collaboration with the interregional public organization «Black Sea Region «Zaporizhzhia Cossacks».
