Service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs are currently experiencing temporary disruptions in service delivery due to unplanned technical maintenance.

Details: Technical work is being conducted within the National Information System. This may affect services provided both in person at centers and online.

Specifically, there may be issues with:

• taking theoretical and practical exams
• registering and re-registering vehicles
• designating an authorized user of the vehicle.
• Maintenance is also ongoing for the Unified State Register of Vehicles and the Register of Administrative Offenses. As a result, services in the "Diia" app and the Driver's Cabinet may be unavailable, including driver's license replacement, car sharing, booking numbers, and more.
• Further notifications will be provided regarding the restoration of services.
