On the eve of Constitution Day, celebrated on June 28, President Volodymyr Zelensky issued a decree to honor several distinguished Ukrainians. Among them are representatives from culture, education, sports, medicine, and media.

The renowned Ukrainian singer received the honorary title of Honored Artist of Ukraine. He has shared his thoughts about the award on social media.

"A very important day! I congratulate everyone on Constitution Day! Thank you, Mr. President, for this award!" - he wrote.

The TV presenter and volunteer was awarded the Order of Merit of the III degree, given for outstanding achievements in various fields.

Ruslan Tsygankov

The popular physics teacher, who shares his teaching methods on TikTok, also received the Order of Merit of the III degree. He teaches at Lyceum No. 176 named after Miguel de Cervantes in the capital.

Olena Kryvytska

The Ukrainian fencer, European champion of 2025, was awarded the Order of Princess Olga of the I degree for her contributions to state and cultural spheres.

Stepan Higa Jr.

The musician and composer, son of the legendary singer, received the title of Honored Artist of Ukraine. He is an active member of the creative union "Association of Performing Arts Workers of Ukraine" and performs alongside his father.
