The Mayor of Odesa, Gennady Trukhanov, held a meeting with renowned boxers Ramil Gadjiev and Vasily Chebotar, as well as the head coach of the Odessa Boxing Federation, Mikhail Kreminsky.

The athletes expressed their support for the mayor, highlighting his significant contributions to the development of sports infrastructure and the promotion of physical culture.

Gennady Trukhanov is the founder of the National Muay Thai Federation and actively supports Ukrainian athletes.

The discussion also included coaches who have shaped the sports culture in Ukraine, as well as young mentors who pass on their knowledge to the next generation. They addressed the challenges facing Ukrainian sports and potential solutions.

“Sports are an essential part of my life. I understand the value of training and team spirit. Sports cultivate patriotic youth, and we must support their physical preparation,” emphasized Odesa Mayor Gennady Trukhanov.
