The press service of Chernomorets reports that

The Odesa regional military administration has approved the opening of two sectors for fans during the upcoming match against Kyiv's Dynamo, scheduled for May 18 at 15:30.

This will allow supporters to partially fill the stands of their home stadium and cheer for the sailors.

“We have waited for this day for over three years! And now it’s here – for the match against Dynamo, the Chernomorets football club has received permission to host the game with fans. Considering the martial law, we are opening two sectors. We are grateful to the responsible authorities for this opportunity,” the club representatives stated.

It is important to note that the Odesa team currently occupies the last place in the Ukrainian Premier League (UPL) standings. Kyiv's Dynamo leads the UPL and can secure the championship title in the match against Chernomorets.
