Sergey Nikolaev, a technology teacher at the Bolgrad Bulgarian Lyceum, has been recognized as one of the top ten educators in Ukraine in the "Technology" category at the "Teacher of the Year 2025" competition.

This was reported by the Bolgrad District State Administration.

The teacher from the "Bulgarian Lyceum" of the Bolgrad City Council made it to the finals of the nationwide "Teacher of the Year 2025" competition in the "Technology" category.

According to the organizers, the competition serves not just as a professional challenge, but also as a valuable opportunity for teachers nationwide to showcase their expertise, pedagogical skills, and creative teaching methods.

During the trials, Sergey demonstrated profound professional knowledge, the ability to motivate students, organize modern technology lessons, and approach teaching in an unconventional manner.

The local education authority noted that this achievement is not only a personal victory for the teacher but also a significant recognition for the entire educational community in the Odessa region.
