The Odessa team made a significant impact at the summer Ukrainian aquathlon championship, which took place from August 1 to 3 in Cherkasy.

The competition featured:

• 32 athletes (8 girls, 24 boys)
• 3 coaches: Ivan Krychkin (head coach), Nina Bazhanova, Serhiy Demchuk

The team comprised students from FC «Forma» and SC «Academy of Sports».

Individual results — a plethora of victories!

On the first day of the competition, the athletes from Odessa achieved numerous wins and podium finishes in two categories:

• Ukrainian Championship
• Children’s Triathlon League

1st place in both categories:

• Dondov Yakiv
• Bohdanova Alisa
• Istomin Miron

Other prize winners and finalists:

• Cherdintseva Milana – 1st place (CTL), 4th place (UC)
• Poddubna Oleksandra – 1st place (CTL), 2nd place (UC)
• Panteleyev Dominik – 2nd place in both categories
• Konovalov Lev – 3rd place in both categories.
• Syatokum Margarita, Alexeyev Platon – 1st place (CTL), 3rd place (UC)
• Shmanova Adel, Lukyanenko Valeriya, Domoshchey Mykola, Gladyshev Oleksandr — in the TOP-10

Mixed relays!

On the second day, the Odessa team excelled in mixed relays (1 boy + 1 girl):

Age category "C" (2014–2017):

• Gold – Syatokum Margarita + Panteleyev Dominik
• Silver – Bohdanova Alisa + Istomin Miron
• Bronze – Alexeyev Platon + Kobilyanska Anna-Maria

Age category "B" (2012–2013):

• Gold – Vykulov Tymofiy + Poddubna Oleksandra

Age category "A" (2008–2009):

• Bronze – Domoshchey Mykola + Shmanova Adel
• 6th place – Gladyshev Oleksandr + Lukyanenko Valeriya
