An agent accused of spying on air defense systems and the military brigade "Lut" will stand trial in Odesa. He is charged with treason.

This information was reported by the Odesa regional prosecutor's office.

Law enforcement established that the accused voluntarily collaborated with a Russian military intelligence officer, collecting critical information about the locations of temporary bases of the unified assault brigade of the National Police "Lut" and the deployment sites of mobile air defense fire groups in Odesa.

"The informant transmitted materials with geographic coordinates through drafts in email accounts, allowing the enemy to adjust missile strikes and drone attacks.

The Odesa resident was apprehended at the end of August 2024 while carrying out another task. He awaits trial in custody", - the statement reads.
