Odessa Attack: Damage and Recovery Efforts

The Mayor of Odessa, Gennady Trukhanov, shared details about the consequences of a Russian attack on the city that occurred on the evening of April 13, including damage to hospitals.

According to the mayor, the strike by drones caused damage to the roof and windows of a medical facility, as well as destruction of the operating rooms. Fortunately, no patients were harmed.

Additionally, residential buildings, infrastructure, a main road, auto repair shops, and vehicles were also damaged.

Trukhanov stated: "Emergency services and the city headquarters are working on-site. Once authorized, municipal services will begin addressing the aftermath of the attack and restoring the road surface.

Currently, there are 5 reported injuries, and they are receiving the necessary medical assistance".
