The enemy launched a nighttime assault on the Izmail district using strike drones. The attack resulted in damage to the gas infrastructure. Firefighters promptly extinguished the flames that erupted at the site.

Oleg Kiper, head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, reported that despite the active efforts of air defense forces, the gas infrastructure was affected during the night raid. A fire broke out at the scene and was extinguished by 07:25. Currently, gas is being released from the system.

"The fire destroyed production equipment. Due to the damage to the main gas pipeline, 2,500 subscribers have been temporarily disconnected. Work to address the aftermath is ongoing. All authorized services are on-site. Law enforcement is documenting evidence of yet another crime committed by the Russians against the civilian population," Kiper stated.
