Odessa Attack: Casualties and Destruction

The number of victims from the nighttime assault on Odessa has increased to eight. As of this morning, four injured individuals remain in local hospitals, while others are receiving outpatient care.

This was reported by the head of the Odessa regional military administration, Oleg Kiper.

Criminal case initiated

The Odessa Regional Prosecutor's Office has opened a criminal case under part 1 of article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (war crimes). As a result of the attack, residential buildings, private business premises, medical facilities, stores, service stations, and at least 37 vehicles (both passenger and cargo) were damaged. Law enforcement is currently documenting all consequences of the shelling.
