Nightly Assault on Odesa: Damage and Casualties

In the darkness of night, the enemy launched another devastating attack on the city.

Various districts of Odesa suffered damage to residential high-rises, private homes, a supermarket, a school, and several cars.

Fires erupted at impact sites, which were extinguished by firefighters alongside volunteers and the national guard.

Sadly, two people lost their lives, and preliminary reports indicate that 15 others were injured.

The Mayor of Odesa, along with emergency and municipal services, arrived at the scene.

In one of the high-rises, rescuers evacuated over 200 individuals in collaboration with coordinating services.

Tents for additional assistance have been set up at the locations, where emergency and municipal services are working to address the aftermath of the assaults.

Victims received necessary medical attention.

The school experienced minor damage — four windows were shattered.

In the morning, district operational headquarters are operational, where residents can seek advice and submit documents for aid applications.
