The Security Service of Ukraine has carried out a unique operation, striking the Crimean Bridge — this time underwater!

The operation lasted several months, during which SBU agents placed explosives on the supports of this illegal structure. Today, without any casualties among civilians, the first explosive device was activated at 4:44 AM!

The underwater supports have been severely damaged at the seabed — 1100 kg of explosives in TNT equivalent contributed to this. The bridge is essentially in a state of emergency.

The head of the SBU, Lieutenant General Vasyl Maliuk, personally oversaw the operation and coordinated its planning.

«God loves Trinity, and the SBU always sees its plans through to the end and never repeats itself. Previously, we struck the Crimean Bridge twice in 2022 and 2023. Today we continued this tradition underwater. No illegal objects of the Russian Federation have a place on our territory. Therefore, the Crimean Bridge is a perfectly legitimate target, especially considering that the enemy used it as a logistical artery to supply its troops. Crimea is Ukraine, and any signs of occupation will receive our harsh response,» - emphasized Vasyl Maliuk.
