Today, June 22, a missile strike targeted a training facility of one of the mechanized brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, where military personnel were conducting exercises.

This information is reported by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Thanks to timely safety measures enacted during the air raid alert, significant losses among personnel were avoided. Unfortunately, there are reported fatalities and injuries. All affected individuals are receiving necessary medical assistance in hospitals.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to the families of the fallen service members.

To thoroughly investigate the circumstances of the event, a special commission has been established by the Command of the Land Forces of Ukraine. Law enforcement agencies are also working at the scene.

Simultaneously, additional safety measures are being taken to protect the lives and health of military personnel in case of further missile and air strikes by the aggressor state.
