On the night of September 22-23, Odesa was attacked once again. As a result of the enemy strike, 9 residential buildings and one educational institution were damaged in the Kyiv district. 
At 8:00 AM, the operational headquarters of the area commenced its activities. 
Workers from the municipal enterprise "JKS 'Vuzivskyi'", district administration staff, "City Roads" municipal enterprise, and special machinery are involved in the cleanup operations. 
As of 9:00 AM, there are reports of 130 damaged windows, including 30 in the educational institution. Work is ongoing to cover the windows with film and OSB boards. 
The operational headquarters has already received inquiries from 19 residents of the damaged buildings. The headquarters will continue its work until 5:00 PM.
