In 2024, the communal enterprise "Housing and Communal Services 'Khmelnytsky'" carried out a series of repair activities on properties under its management.

A total of 1370 resident requests were processed.

The specialists performed the following essential maintenance tasks: roof repairs – 3764.8 sq. m; replacement of downspouts and gutters – 753 linear meters; cold water supply system repairs – 1314.6 linear meters; central heating system repairs – 945.9 linear meters; sewage system repairs – 710.4 linear meters; electrical system repairs / replacement of electrical appliances – 1297 linear meters / 335 units.

Employees also participated in addressing the aftermath of enemy shelling, covering 125 linear meters of windows with plastic film.

Additionally, the enterprise's janitors ensure cleanliness in the yards under their jurisdiction daily. Cleaning is performed twice a day (sweeping yards and sidewalks, emptying trash bins, picking up litter, washing garbage containers, etc.).

They also cut grass, trim trees, clear fallen leaves, and maintain flower beds and lawns around the serviced buildings. When necessary, they participate in city-wide clean-up days and eliminate illegal dumps and the consequences of enemy attacks.
