In 2024, the municipal enterprise «Residential and Communal Service Porto-Frankivsk» undertook significant repair works in the buildings under its management.

At the request of the residents, the specialists of the enterprise completed several crucial maintenance tasks for enhancing living conditions: roof repairs covering an area of 3682 sq. m; repairs of drainage systems totaling 731 linear meters; road repairs covering 1296.7 sq. m; restoration of asphalt in the courtyards covering 101.13 sq. m; entrance renovations covering 1695 sq. m; repairs of central heating networks amounting to 1023 linear meters; updates of cold water supply networks totaling 1361 linear meters; electrical network repairs totaling 1769 linear meters; window glazing covering 131 sq. m; and renovations of arch entrances in one building.

Additionally, the enterprise's cleaners maintain order in the adjacent territories on a daily basis. Cleaning is performed twice a day (sweeping yards and sidewalks, emptying trash bins, removing random litter, washing trash containers, etc.).

The municipal workers also handle grass cutting, tree trimming, leaf removal, and care for flowerbeds and lawns around the serviced buildings. They participate in citywide cleanup events as needed, addressing illegal dumping sites and the aftermath of hostile attacks.
