In 2024, the municipal enterprise «Cheryomushki Housing and Utilities Service» carried out a series of renovation works on the properties under its management.

In response to residents' requests, the specialists performed significant works to restore essential systems: roof replacement covering an area of 1400 sq.m (300 sq.m of slate), replacement of gutters over 60 linear meters, repair of the entrance, replacement of central heating pipelines over 234 linear meters, repair of cold water supply pipes over 188 linear meters, and electrical network repairs over 880 linear meters.

As part of the aftermath of enemy attacks, glazing work for the entrances of apartment buildings was also completed, covering 50 sq.m.

Additionally, the enterprise's janitors maintain order in the adjacent areas daily, performing cleaning tasks, emptying waste bins, and washing garbage containers.

The municipal workers are also involved in grass cutting, tree trimming, leaf cleaning, and maintaining flowerbeds and lawns. If necessary, they participate in city-wide cleanup events, eliminating illegal dumps.
