Efforts are underway in Odessa to restore tram route No. 18, which stretches from Kulikovo Field to the Memorial of the 411th Battery. 

The mayor of Odessa, Gennady Trukhanov, met with the management of the housing construction cooperative «Morsky-1». Prior to the full-scale war, the cooperative committed to upgrade the tram turnaround ring at the 16th station of the Great Fountain, located next to a residential complex under construction. However, due to the war, the cooperative is currently unable to fulfill its obligations fully. 

«An agreement has been reached with the cooperative's leadership regarding joint participation in the works to establish a temporary tram exit. The cooperative will purchase materials, while the municipal enterprise «Odesmiskelecktrans» will carry out all the work», noted Mayor Gennady Trukhanov. 

Experts predict that it will take two months to fully launch route No. 18. Currently, work has begun to clear the tracks from the 12th station of the Great Fountain to the Memorial of the 411th Battery, removing debris, branches, and sprouts.
