All buildings in Odesa connected to centralized heating are now equipped with modern heating meters that have undergone necessary calibration. 

Specialists from the municipal enterprise «TMO» have installed 268 new metering devices. These meters are set up in buildings where old devices have failed or where no meters were previously installed. 

Additionally, the company’s experts have recorded cases of meter theft, prompting the need for new installations in such situations. 

Residents of buildings with installed meters pay for heating based on actual thermal energy consumption. 

If no meter is present, charges are calculated according to government methodology No. 315, which is based on the thermal load of the building, the number of heating hours provided, and the average monthly outdoor temperature.
