Employees of the communal enterprise 'Housing and Utility Service Khmelnytskyi' maintain order in the yard areas every day.

Twice a day, the cleaners perform various tasks including sweeping yards and sidewalks, emptying trash bins, picking up litter, washing waste containers, and more.

The communal workers also handle grass cutting, tree trimming, and care for flowerbeds and lawns around the serviced buildings. They regularly clean up neglected areas.

Additionally, specialists from 'HUS Khmelnytskyi' carry out repair work on the essential systems of buildings upon residents' requests, such as replacing and repairing heating, water supply, sewage systems, electrical systems, roofs, and entrances.

In October, the communal workers replaced a sewage riser at 10 Melnytska St., conducted roof repairs at 18 Bolharska St., and organized cables (tightened and secured) on the roof of the building at 15/17 Bohdan Khmelnytskyi St.

This month also saw considerable effort invested in cleaning up abandoned areas and illegal dumps on the streets: Balkivska, Prokhorivska, Buhayivska, Dalnytska, Dalnytske Shose, as well as in the Banovyi, Vysokyi, and Vynogradnyi lanes.
