On December 24th, a memorable event took place at the Odessa Zoo – the festive handover of the Bethlehem Peace Flame, organized by Raisa Kraieva, the leader of the Odessa Children's and Youth Creativity Center "Samotsvit".

This flame is part of an international scouting initiative held annually before Christmas. Its main goal is to spread the symbolic flame, lit at the birthplace of Jesus Christ, to various corners of the world. The flame represents kindness and hope.

Attending the event were representatives of the Black Sea Cadet Fleet and volunteers who supported this noble cause.

During the celebration, warm greetings and heartfelt wishes for peace and harmony were exchanged.

This event was organized by the honorable cultural worker of Ukraine, Elena Alexeyenko, who is the inspiration behind many cultural initiatives.
