Launched in August 2022, the affordable mortgage lending program for Ukrainian citizens, known as “eOselya,” offers interest rates between 3% and 7%, with loan terms extending up to 20 years. The minimum down payment required is 20% of the property value.

The Odessa regional administration compensates a favorable interest rate for specific categories of citizens. Defenders, rescuers, law enforcement officers, and border guards can obtain housing loans without paying interest. To date, 277 individuals have already benefited from this program.

Participating banks in our program include Oschadbank, PrivatBank, Ukrgasbank, Ukreximbank, and Sensbank.

The number of residential complexes joining the “eOselya” program is also increasing.
