On February 28, 2025, the Odesa Literary Museum hosted the awards ceremony for the III International Piano Music Competition «The Universe of J.S. Bach». This event featured young musicians from Odesa, Kyiv, Dnipro, Myrhorod, Ivano-Frankivsk, and even China. 

The main goal of the competition is to support talented students from specialized art institutions, develop the national piano tradition, promote the works of Ukrainian composers, and enhance the polyphonic skills of young pianists.

«This is a unique competition that has been held for the third consecutive year, uniting us through the music of the brilliant composer Johann Bach. Events like this strengthen cultural ties between Odesa and Europe,» said Ivan Liptuga, the director of the Department of International Cooperation, Culture, and Marketing of the Odesa City Council.

The laureates showcased their outstanding skills in performing works by J.S. Bach. The winners received diplomas and awards.

The competition was established by the Department of International Cooperation, Culture, and Marketing of the Odesa City Council.  
The organizer of the event was Odesa Art School No. 3.
