Digitalization of Public Services: New Opportunities for Citizens

Public services will become even more accessible through new governmental electronic initiatives by 2026.

This ambitious plan involves 25 government agencies, including the Ministry of Digital Transformation. The primary goal is to ensure that all citizens can access services without paperwork and long queues.

We plan to digitize services in over 30 sectors, including education, healthcare, veteran support, military services, construction, customs, and more. Among the innovations are online registration for divorce and death, as well as the ability to take a theoretical driving test remotely. Customs procedures will also be streamlined to reduce bureaucracy and corruption.

The Ministry of Digital Transformation continues to implement new technologies so that citizens can receive services faster, without unnecessary time expenditure and bureaucracy. We aim to make the state more digital and services more convenient.
