The Diia app offers two types of extracts from the Register:

• About the damaged or destroyed property that you own.
• About the application for receiving compensation under the eRecovery program.

The extract will contain information about the extent of the damage and a description of the necessary restoration works. This document will be required for benefits, insurance claims, or legal proceedings.

Getting the extract is straightforward. Open the Diia app, go to Services, select eRecovery, and click on Extract from the RPRM. Two clicks, and the extract is on your smartphone. We’ve prepared a detailed guide to ensure you experience no difficulties obtaining your extract.
